Which operation systems I can run and develop the SaaS Forge boilerplate?

The SaaS Forge boilerplate is cross-platform app. You can run and develop it on any platforms.

Which version of Python does it support?

Currently, the SaaS Forge boilerplate supports Python starting from version 3.5. If you want to use lower or upper version of Python, you can try but you will able to install some newer version of packages - please refer the requirements.txt file to refer all installed packages.
